Awesome Lawyers Podcast Intro

Yaryna Oleshchuk starts the Awesome Lawyers Podcasts with CLP: This Podcast is devoted to all the lawyers, judges, attorneys and all the people who are connected to law in that or other way. Yaryna Oleshchuk will interview Lawyers, who are actively working in different fields of law as well as those, who had courage to stop doing it and found their new passion. Each person is unique, each Episode is fascinating. The main Mission of this Podcast is to encourage others to find their own solutions and to reflect on they own experience.

Now this podcast is no longer an idea, but a concrete project.

Let me introduce this concept of a podcast for self-reflection for lawyers:

Rene Descartes, the French philosopher, scientist and mathematician once said "Cogito ergo sum" - "I think, therefore I am." These words, philosophically speaking, are the meaning of self-reflection. By answering the questions, my guests make a conscious self-reflection, and also listeners themselves do the same.

How? - you may ask. My answer - unconsciously. Which is also very Positive and effective. Stories that do not reflect on ourselves are accepted by us as simple info. But if the story reflects on us and our experience, we always become very attentive.

For example, you have been thinking about a change in your career for a long time. By listening to the story of my guests, you reflect on the fact to what extent it would be a possible path for you. I am aware that this kind of reflection might not occur with every listener.

For this reason, listeners will find in the description of each episode questions suggestions, namely to consciously reflect on their own lives. Why do you ask? Quite simply - because you are unique. You have your own experience and your experience is very valuable. I have had many coachees and many of them have made a successful career, but when it comes to recognizing their own successes, people don't always see the exact value of their experience.

We live in the time when many law firms (and not only law firms) are already under the shortage of professionals. Lawyers get burned out on the job, many are not completely satisfied after a couple of years because the expectations did not meet the reality.

I have my own experiences with real losses and deep grief. The habit of reflecting on one's own experience, learning from one's own mistakes has helped me survive it all and become stronger.

My guests are amazing and inspiring as well as my listeners. That's why I'm so excited to invite you to self-reflection with Awesome Lawyers. Do something to elevate yourself today and stay happy and vibrant tomorrow.

Best wishes - Yaryna Oleshchuk
